Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal of fourteen days.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Spectral Trading - Daniel Nork, Bischofsweg 7, 01097 Dresden, Germany, support@spectraltrading.eu) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods which was not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
We only accept returns of sealed OVP (original packaging) products.

Special Notes
If you have financed this contract with a loan and later withdraw from it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement either, provided that both contracts form a single economic unit. This is particularly the case if we are also your lender or if your lender used our cooperation in granting the loan.
If the loan has already been disbursed to us when the withdrawal becomes effective, your lender will assume our rights and obligations from the financed contract with regard to the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return. The latter does not apply if the contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange, or derivatives).
If you wish to avoid being contractually bound to the greatest extent possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you are entitled to do so.
Note on shipping outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland):
For orders outside the EU, there is no statutory right of return. A return is only possible upon individual agreement.
