Free shipping on orders over €200 within Germany.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

The average shipping time is:

– Germany: 2–4 business days

– EU countries: 4–8 business days

– Outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland): approx. 5–10 business days (depending on customs clearance)

All shipments are sent exclusively with Deutsche Post or DHL and include a tracking number.

Countries supplied:
Germany as well as Italy, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland and Malta.

For shipments outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland), additional costs such as customs duties, taxes or fees may apply, which must be borne by the buyer. These are levied directly by the respective postal or customs authority.

You can return your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

Please note: Products in original packaging (OVP) can only be returned in a sealed condition.

The buyer bears the costs of return shipping.
