Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

The average shipping time is:

- Germany: 2-4 business days

- EU countries: 4-8 business days

- Outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland): approx. 5-10 working days (depending on customs clearance)

Tracking shipment

All shipments are sent exclusively with Deutsche Post or DHL and include a tracking number.

Shipping abroad

Countries supplied:
 Germany, as well as Italy, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Ireland, Denmark, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Slovenia and Malta.

For shipments outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland), additional costs such as customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply, which are to be borne by the buyer. These will be collected directly by the respective postal or customs authority.

Returns within Germany & the EU

You can return your order within 14 days without giving a reason.

Please note: Products in original packaging (OVP) can only be returned if they are in sealed condition.
